Service center personal is sensless I took my 370z to get an oil change. I asked the service agent that I wanted to use Ester oil and he did not know what I was talking about. This is the type recommended for that type of engine! And I'm still not convinced they used Ester oil. I will never take my car back there again since the service folks where so inept it's difficult to understand who hires these gals and guys. And then when my car was done, I had to go let them know that my car was sitting in the done area. Worth service ever, I would not recommend this dealer at all. More
Worst service I've ever experienced Worst experience ever. I have been using this dealership for over 20 years. I will not step foot back in the store after the way I was treated. First off I had an appointment at 9:15 for an oil change and to have them look at my drivers door handle which was broken. The service advisor quickly stated that my warranty had expired. I bought the lease out in October of last year and at that time purchased a warranty. He told me unless I could give him the information he could not help me. Even though I purchased the car at THAT dealership and they should have paperwork. I had to go to the sales department aske them to pull my file and please give me a copy of my warranty which I then had to hand deliver to the service department. He then suggested a bunch of work that he said needed to be done. Fuel injection, brake fluid, transmission fluid and more. I told him I could not afford that at this time and just wanted the oil change and door handle fixed . After 2 hours he approached me and told me I needed ALL new tires and handed me a print out of what that would cost, That was just over $800.00. I again told him I was not ready at that time and just wanted the oil changed and my door handle fixed. He finally came to me and said he couldn't get through to the Warranty company but would continue to call the following day. He was going to get my paperwork together. After another 30 minutes I had to go back upstairs and stand next to him in order to get him to finally complete my paperwork for my oil change. He then said I'm only going to charge you $40.00 for your oil change because of all the trouble, but 'MAKE SURE IT REFLECTS ON MY SURVEY" . I then received a call from him the following day telling me my door handle wasn't covered and the cost was $425.00 but he would do it for $400.00 out the door. I then called Pedder Nissan and asked for service and the price to install a new door handle on my 2017 Sentra and they came back with a price of $332.00!!!! Oh the best part is after I left Nissan I went directly to Mountain View Tire in Menifee and asked what it would cost for 4 new tires. They came out looked at my tires and said they wouldn't sell me tires for at least another 10,000 miles. I DID NOT NEED THEM!!! What tire store would refuse to sell me tires if I needed them. NO TIRE STORE!! At this point I trust NOTHING Temecula Nissan Service Advisors have to say and I don't even trust that my door handle isn't really covered and that I may have been lied to about that! My appointment for my oil change was at 9:15 a.m. I was held there until 12:15!! What was the purpose of an appointment. When I questioned that, Michael said well, a lot of people have come in for oil changes today. WHAT?!?!?! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL FRMO BEGINNING TO END!!! More
Found out that my vehicle had multiple recalls and they knocked them out for me quick and easily.
