I had a very bad experience at Nissan Temecula. I was told by Brittany Online that I could get a Sentra there for only about $13,000. which she said was the "online price" for a 2019 Sentra. But, when I told by Brittany Online that I could get a Sentra there for only about $13,000. which she said was the "online price" for a 2019 Sentra. But, when I got there the salesmen gave me the run around, and for 3 weeks! It was awful. I had a trade in and they tried to give me only about 1/3 of what their website said it was valued at. On the last day that I was there, (In which Eli and Andreas in Sales had told me lies to get me back there 4 times), Fransico in Finance, was terribly rude. He admitted that the car I was being sold was for over $20,000. and it was never a $13,000. Sentra as Brittany had promised. Eli and Andreas were aware that I was only prepared to buy the lower priced car and use my trade in as well, yet they were hesitant to tell me that it was a more expensive vehicle and that they were only giving me a small fraction of the value on my trade in. So they tried to COAX me into it! Lastly, I took my own car back and left. Since they were so dishonest and/or rude i won't ever return to their Sales Dept. again. Then, about an entire week ago I left a message for the Site Manager, Jacob, but he never returned my call. More
