Alex took my information and though it was about 2ish pm, I was concerned about getting my vehicle back that same day. Preparing to take it for a long trip Saturday. All fluids were checked out and replaced. I got the call for pickup at 5pm car was ready to go. I am relieved I can take the trip with peace of mind. Thank you More

Oil change and a few extras I had a great experience as I always do when I bring my car to Nissan. I went in for a basic oil change, but I had a few things that were working. My I had a great experience as I always do when I bring my car to Nissan. I went in for a basic oil change, but I had a few things that were working. My car is a year old, but I could never get the Bluetooth to work. The rep that came out to take my information said, I had it, but somehow it was disconnected from the radio, he fixed it within seconds. Also, some other very minor things that were operator error, such as time wasn't displaying, I had it off. was told it would be a 2-hour wait for the oil change, but in reality, it was only just a few minutes over one hour. I had great customer service and I always feel like a valued customer. More

Service Not enough porters, took 20 mins to bring the car back to us after services was done. Typically once my car is done with service I don’t have to wait. This is the first time that no porters greeted us or attended us we had to wait. Normally whenever I get my oil change done at this location there is always someone who greets us and makes sure that we are taken care of. We bought our car here at this location I’ve never had a bad service except for this time. 11/25. Tim who helped us was very nice. More
