Never again I will do business with them Lied about the condition of the car told me was not in an accident but the rear bumper and right quarter panel was repaired. The right headlamp was not working and they told me to take it to Tesla. Provided 2 keys but found out one of the keys is for another Tesla and not my car. Still waiting to resolve all of the issues but no one is helping and all I hear is the CarFax was clean on the car. More

Go to Temecula Nissan if you want to waste all day waiting Worst service ever because it takes 3 hours to change the oil in my car. This is every time o have gone there. I’m always promised 1 hour or 1 hour 30 Worst service ever because it takes 3 hours to change the oil in my car. This is every time o have gone there. I’m always promised 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes while I wait. This last time it took 3 hours and I had to tell them not to wash my car. The only reason I came here is because I no longer live close to Mossy Nissan where they never took more than 45 minutes, ever. I won’t be coming back to Temecula Nissan so stop with the lame surveys. More
