Oil change service I stopped by Nissan to get oil change on my Nissan Versa. I like their service they always take care of my car. They let me know if my car needs any other services and they don't push you to do them at once unless is safety reasons. They also provide doughnuts and coffee in the mornings. Love them! I wish they provide water bottles as well would be a plus:). Overall, guest service is good, it's a busy dealership so expect delays, they wash your car, but it's not the greatest-free thought!! My wait time on a Friday morning was about 2 hours for oil change so make some planning or take shuttle home or anywhere else and they can pick you up once your car is ready. More

Excellent Service Advisor-Victor Fernandez Initially I had a hard time setting up an appt. I spoke with someone on Chat who said she would set the appt for me & I would be receiving a confirmat Initially I had a hard time setting up an appt. I spoke with someone on Chat who said she would set the appt for me & I would be receiving a confirmation call but nothing. I then tried online and again, I would be receiving a confirmation but nothing. I finally called the dealer, Victor Fernandez took the call & promptly scheduled my service date. Victor was there to check my car in for the 15k maintenance on the service date. He was personable and professional. My car was ready before the time promised. Hooray! I've dealt with several Service Advisors over the years at this dealer. Victor by far was the most efficient. Will only work with him from now on. I'm rating the experience a 5 bypassing the appointment issues because Victor made up for the issues with Chat & online. More
