Customer service was bad, too lazy to come out to car, had to go inside to get service. Also was not notified my car was ready for pickup after waiting 3 hours, had to go check myself. The other provider was very loud and rude kept talking over everyone where you could not hear the person you were talking to. Told provider I could not hear her because he was so loud. The service should have never taken that long. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 7:45 AM appointment for just an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the drive belt needed to be replaced I arrived 15 minutes early for a 7:45 AM appointment for just an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the drive belt needed to be replaced also which was fine. I was told that it would be a hour and half. I should have been done by 09:15 however it was not completed on time. I did not leave until about 10:45. I come from a military background where it is all about timing. I used this facility because it was close to home but if I have to, I will go back to dropping my car off at Carson when I am at work and having it serviced there. More

They called me and informed me that they were running a special on oil changes. They also reminded me that I was past due on the maintenance. I wasn’t too happy with the service I had. They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I noticed it or I would’ve drove away. But I notified the advisor and she fixed the sticker. Then I told her about how it was incorrect on the form and she fixed it on the computer I guess and then didn’t give me an updated one with the CORRECT mileage. So I put it in pen myself. It would’ve been nice if they noticed their mistake and fix it right then and there. Also, I looked through the forms and I didn’t receive a form where they inspected my vehicle. So, this experience was not as great as my other service with the other advisor. More
