Very Deceitful and unprofessional people to deal with. Got a Nissan Ariya, which they made me test drive a car with bigger battery and ended up giving me one with smaller battery. The service should have never taken that long. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 7:45 AM appointment for just an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the drive belt needed to be replaced I arrived 15 minutes early for a 7:45 AM appointment for just an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the drive belt needed to be replaced also which was fine. I was told that it would be a hour and half. I should have been done by 09:15 however it was not completed on time. I did not leave until about 10:45. I come from a military background where it is all about timing. I used this facility because it was close to home but if I have to, I will go back to dropping my car off at Carson when I am at work and having it serviced there. More

Customer service was bad, too lazy to come out to car, had to go inside to get service. Also was not notified my car was ready for pickup after waiting 3 hours, had to go check myself.
