I came in today at 12 ish and when I returned at 5 they had raised the price two thousand dollars. Contacted regarding a 2020 QX60 or New Pathfinder, asked these guys to pre-qualify before driving 30 miles north in the rain. Their guy indicated that's not how they work. Disgustingly dishonest. Advertising a 2020 Sentra listed on Autotrader and on their site for $19,498. Called to confirm that was the actual price other than tax, title and license. Then show up and after on Autotrader and on their site for $19,498. Called to confirm that was the actual price other than tax, title and license. Then show up and after an hour of wasting my time and talking to three different people they will only honor that price if the car is financed "because that's how the dealer makes their money" and also have $3800 worth of dealer installed options that they are not willing to remove, but are willing to negotiate on. It says it in the small print on their site that "price may not include dealer installed options". This is NOT mentioned in their Autotrader ad at all. They also go on to tell me that this is their standard procedure to ad this $3800 package to every car new or used that they sell, even though they mention it nowhere until you physically arrive at the dealership. Package offers very little actual value to end user and the same can be had for $1000 or less aftermarket. So why don't they advertise this package on their site of.ota standard for them? Why don't they tell you on the phone? I know car dealers aren't the most scrupulous people, but this was a new all time low. Again, the Autotrader ad for same car mentions NOTHING about dealer installed options and shows the $19,498 price. False advertising, plain and simple. More

Brought my car for oil change, filters, and replace 4 tires. Their representative highly recommended the alignment since the4 tires were getting replaced. The following day I noticed they messed up my alignment, I called them back to get it fixed and first they said they didn’t have time and I had to schedule an appointment. When I dropped my car to get the alignment fixed they made me wait for hours. I asked for courtesy car rental but it was denied. These guys messed my alignment which was just fine before they serviced it and when I asked to fix it, they treated me like I did something wrong. Horrible experience. This place never again. Just when I was thinking about getting an SUV because I like the Nissan vehicles but the service at Temecula Nissan is the worst. It is worth to mention that it is not the first time I had this bad experience with them. The very first service they did in my brand new car few years ago, they scratched my passenger door. Highly recommend to take your car somewhere else. I’m sure it will better service, better costumer service and probably cheaper too. More
