I generally don’t give a bad feedback but this time I lost my patience after getting some bad service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna). On 10/06/2022 - There was some cranking noise, Alex told it require oil and battery change, whatever he suggested, I told him to change. I paid $425.87 and picked my car. The engine noise was still there. On 11/01/2022 - I again went, this time Alex came with different story that car is hit from underneath, it requires replacement of lot of parts. Then I decided to go with my insurance. It cost around 4311.34$ including 250$ deductible Engine Noise was still there On 12/08/2022 - I again went, this time Alex told that some more part need to replace and he created supplement estimate which cost $839 to insurance company. Yesterday(12/09/2022) I picked the vehicle and engine noise is still there. From last two months I am struggling, and problem is still there in spite of paying $675.87(out of pocket) + $5150.34 (Through my insurance) I am fed up with this kind of service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna). Full story: I made a deal for an in transit car on Nov 9, 2022 and left a $500 deposit and all my information to lock the deal. I was told that when the car arrived it would be a quick visit because the paperwork would be ready and I'd be in and out. The car arrived today and I went to get it. They gave me the deal sheet and I immediately knew the numbers were different. Luckily I took a picture of the deal sheet on the 9th and was able to verify the changes. I asked for the deal that both parties agreed to but they refused. The only part of the original deal they agreed to honor was a refund of my deposit. If you don't stay away, then make 100% sure that they do not change your deal without telling you. More

I came in today at 12 ish and when I returned at 5 they had raised the price two thousand dollars. Contacted regarding a 2020 QX60 or New Pathfinder, asked these guys to pre-qualify before driving 30 miles north in the rain. Their guy indicated that's not how they work. Disgustingly dishonest. Advertising a 2020 Sentra listed on Autotrader and on their site for $19,498. Called to confirm that was the actual price other than tax, title and license. Then show up and after on Autotrader and on their site for $19,498. Called to confirm that was the actual price other than tax, title and license. Then show up and after an hour of wasting my time and talking to three different people they will only honor that price if the car is financed "because that's how the dealer makes their money" and also have $3800 worth of dealer installed options that they are not willing to remove, but are willing to negotiate on. It says it in the small print on their site that "price may not include dealer installed options". This is NOT mentioned in their Autotrader ad at all. They also go on to tell me that this is their standard procedure to ad this $3800 package to every car new or used that they sell, even though they mention it nowhere until you physically arrive at the dealership. Package offers very little actual value to end user and the same can be had for $1000 or less aftermarket. So why don't they advertise this package on their site of.ota standard for them? Why don't they tell you on the phone? I know car dealers aren't the most scrupulous people, but this was a new all time low. Again, the Autotrader ad for same car mentions NOTHING about dealer installed options and shows the $19,498 price. False advertising, plain and simple. More
