He worked hard to find the car I wanted.....he made a dealer trade with another dealer and I picked up my car, ready to roll, the next day. 10000 mile service and oil change This trip was so much better than the 5000 mile maintenance. First I was told there was no appointment and then it took 3 hours to change the oil and This trip was so much better than the 5000 mile maintenance. Jeremy Young was the service person that greeted me and helped me. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions about my car and they were answered very knowledgeably and satisfactory. I feel I received good, personal, and satisfying customer service. I didn't have to wait long and my service was great. My car was kept clean by the paper mat that was placed on the drivers side floor, which I really appreciated that! Also, the customers waiting lounge provided donuts, coffee, and water, and a nice big tv to watch. Nice! Thank you, Temecula Nissan, for great service and service personnel! More
