My service advisor was Amanda Jackson. Not sure if she is the same person listed below. I arrived at the Service Center deeply concerned about the warning light in reference to my tires. Not only did I find out that it was because of not one tire but all 4 tires were in bad condition. Amanda Jackson kindly explained to me what I needed and gave me the best quote she could find. Although I knew it was close to time for my oil change- she kindly reminded me to consider having that done as well. I believe Amanda was very knowledgeable and considerate of her recommendations and I felt very confident in her display of professionalism. More
