Loss of power I brought my 2017 Pathfinder in because it was loosing power going up hills and Jose was awesome!!! Repairs under extended warranty Alex told me to bring my car in between 7am and 8am. I arrived at 7am to find out Alex was not in. I then had to wait to be seen by another service em Alex told me to bring my car in between 7am and 8am. I arrived at 7am to find out Alex was not in. I then had to wait to be seen by another service employee Timothy Nelson, Mr. Nelson types up the work order and told me I would then have to wait to find out if a rental was approved which caused me to have to call my employer and tell them I would be late. I was then put into a nissan rental and immediately after driving it off the lot the collision sensor went off. I drove it back and Timothy Nelson cleaned off the sensor. I drove it off the lot again and the collision sensor came back on again. I was then put into another rental and this one also had a faulty collision sensor. Amanda Jackson put me in a different model rental and I had no issues. It took way longer than expected for the approval to come back from the warranty company. I had to call to get updates as no one was keeping me informed. The work was completed in a decent time once approval was given however I was not happy with the customer service provided to me. Also the mechanics who do the inspections marked 3 of my tires needing to be replaced and then marked them as good a week later and the tires were not replaced. It makes me question if what is being marked as needed really is needed. I have purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership and get majority of the services done through this dealership but if it is not a required service that has to be done at a Nissan dealership I dont think I will be going back. More
