Everything about my experience has been terrible. Brought car in for what was supposed to be a simple wash and detail....took 3 HOURS!!! And that was with an appointment! The person who was supposed to be helping us was on an "emergency lunch run" for more than an hour. Nobody offered to help, didn't apologize for the wait or inconvenience, nothing. Also, my license plates were sent to the wrong address, my temporary plates expired, and the answer the sales rep gave was to just tell the out-of-state cops to call us or that we're working on it. The only person who has any type of customer service skills and seemingly competence at this dealership is Amanda in Service department. She took care of our oil change and got us the appointment for the cleaning that our sales rep failed to do after promising it during the sale (along with a loaner car which he also didn't deliver on while we waited for 4 hours for an oil change and window-tinting). Unfortunately, she wasn't working that day and left it in the hands of Elijah, who had an emergency lunch run during our appointment time. Very frustrated with every part of my experience with this dealership. More
My 2003 Infinity G35 needed 8 major repairs. The crew at the service department of Temecula Nissan completed a 2 day job in one day and did it for 300 bucks less than quoted!
