Did not feel very welcomed or customer serviced. At one post I went into the center to ask a quick question and was not greeted. I do not even know who my service person was. I wanted the service person to test drive my car because it vibrates and makes a very noticeable noise. I took the car in for an oil change and got that and a transmission fluid replacement , which was prob it vibrates and makes a very noticeable noise.
