Alex in the service department was nice but not a good experience for me. I waited 5 hours total for them to change two tires. I always had to see what was going on with the car. No updates unless I check experience for me. I waited 5 hours total for them to change two tires. I always had to see what was going on with the car. No updates unless I checked to see what was going on myself. I had to pay for the two tires and I just bought the car sat. I did get the price reduced thanks to Cierra that helped as much as she could. I asked to speak to the used car manager and he never made a attempt to talk to me at all. That shows how much he cares about his customers. I asked more then one employee to find him for me and was told he will come and talk to me and out of that 5 hours I had to wait he never bothered talking to me. I was very disappointed but to darn tired to try to find him when my car was finally done. First of all I just bought the car I should not have to pay for two bad tires for only having the car for two days and I told them I felt something was wrong with the car when we drove it and they said don’t worry bring it in Monday and they will take care of it. I feel it was just a way to get money out of me. Not good customer service at all!! I should not have to pay for those tires at all. I get a used car from the dealership thinking I can trust that nothing should be wrong with it because they test drive it and make sure the car is in good shape before they sell it well I guess not this place! Bad experience! More
