It was one of those deals where you as the driver hear a strange clunking noise, that wasn't there before, and when you take it into the shop it's not initially replicated. Nick was steadfast, he believed me when I described it, and was eventually able to hear it, diagnose it, and get it fixed - all under warrantee. Drives like new once again. Starting out with John Unruh who helped me get the car I wanted and pricing and Kristine Salem who took me for a test drive and was very helpful in helping me pick the interior color. Then Theresa Chandler couldn't have been more accommodating, she was so nice from the second we met her offering us a beverage and asking if we needed anything..then she spent probably 2 hours when I was purchasing the vehicle to go over everything on the car and setting up my on star, my phone apps, and xm radio. She was so patient of my computer intelligence!! And told me I could call her anytime on her cell if I need help with the car. Then I saw Therese Meadows to do the finances and she too was absolutely wonderful and professional and so sweet., she made the process go so smoothly. I also had excellent service with the driver "Dean" who delivered my car..what a gentleman. Stacey Richards, the GM, came out and introduced herself and told us she always had an open door policy and wanted us to be satisfied. Never has a GM come out and 'thanked' us for buying a car before. She truly is a class act! And finally Cody Dugand responded promptly to get me answers about my registration and told me she would find out about it asap and get back to me.
