The provided service went well. Very easy check in. I don’t agree with Lexus not changing oil until 10K but that is not the dealers fault. I did ask about getting an accessory sold by Lexus installed on my GX and no one is getting back to me. That’s disappointing. Don’t sell the part if you’re not willing to install it. Or educate your staff on installing it. Also, labor cannot be taxed, a service writer told me “ we tax everything.” Parts yes, labor no. If they are taxing labor for every service, they are pocketing that extra money and that is unlawful and dishonest. More
