The provided service went well. Very easy check in. I don’t agree with Lexus not changing oil until 10K but that is not the dealers fault. Or educate your staff on installing it. Also, labor cannot be taxed, a service writer told me “ we tax everything.” Parts yes, labor no. If they are taxing labor for every service, they are pocketing that extra money and that is unlawful and dishonest. More
