Everyone in the service department is always welcoming. Adam is, and has always been such a helpful and a great service advisor! The lounge is great, my little daughter always enjoys and looks forward to Adam is, and has always been such a helpful and a great service advisor! The lounge is great, my little daughter always enjoys and looks forward to grabbing a snack and drink while waiting. I was a little disappointed that the dealership is using AI Bots to schedule appointments. I had set up a Date and Time that was confirmed in the text message and when i got to the dealership there was no appointment in the system for me for that date and time but had been put in the system for a whole week before my confirmed appointment date. Adam was able to squeeze me in even though the service department was packed, But i would have been very upset if i drove over half an hour to get there and got turned away since the appointment was put in incorrectly when i had confirmation of the correct appointment.
