- Process of buying a car should be streamlined. After delivery of a cashiers check it took over an hour to sign paperwork. - Car should have been prepped for the sale. Stickers were still on the interior of t he car and on the rims of the tires. - Direct Drive Connect and KARR S.W.A.T. systems should be fully functional and not require subsequent visits to activate. - Sales Associate Jonathan Meneses was helpful. - Follow up after buying the car should be done to make sure everything is as expected. - Offer for my Honda CRV was $10,000+ less than Kelly Blue Book.
