It was a little information overload but Matt was kind, patient, and very respectful in the way he interacted with me. I found car salesmen are sometimes condescending or annoying but Matt was wonderful. After making a decision, Matt spent a LOT of time with me to make me feel comfortable with my new car. The only comment I have which moved my rating from Very Good to Good on the explanation of vehicle pricing was the fact that I asked twice for the invoice price but never got the answer, even after I purchased the car.
