Usually when you go to a car dealer, sales associate would pressure you into getting the car you test drove. In my case I did not feel any pressure at all. I like how Matt is very knowledgeable with the cars I had in mind. He was very kind, helpful and took his time into finding the car I wanted. I am happy with the Lexus UX 250 hybrid I had purchased. Ryan Sales Manager was also very helpful in helping me get the deal I wanted. I highly recommend Temecula Valley Lexus. Everyone is very friendly, you are greeted with a smile. Outstanding service and customer care! Ken, in the Service Dept, treated me like a long time customer and it was my first visit.
