While we feel we got a good deal on the new vehicle, we were taken advantage of on our trade in. They said there was "structural damage" on our trade in's Car Fax so they give us the bare minimum for the car. After I found out there was nothing on the Car Fax that claimed the structural damage, I called and left voicemails and emails to try to discuss this situation with them. I ended up talking to TJ, the Sales Manager who said that they told us the CarFax "could" have structural damage. Could? They said they went to look at the CarFax, why would they tell us that it "could" have structural damage. He also was not in the conversations with the sales guy so he would not know what was said. He said the car was worth what they gave us. It was a 2010 Chevy Equinox LTZ and they gave us $1500 for it. I would have never taken that much had they not lied to us. I left messages with the GM and our sales guy because I wanted to discuss the situation. No one would talk to us for 5 days, until we ended up going in to the dealership. TJ, the manager spoke with us first and was very argumentative and basically said that, "Everyone that buys a car from here is unhappy, I deal with unhappy people every day all day." Very surprising coming from someone in the customer service industry. I was very upset about their customer service after we purchased the vehicle and also how we were lied to. The GM, Michelle ended up talking calmly to us and said that if they would have given us more for our trade in, we would have paid more for the new car. So basically, they will get their money out of you however they can. You feel like you got a good deal on the new car, but got taken advantage of for the trade in or vice versa. They also are horrible with customer service unless they think you are buying a vehicle. They wipe their hands of you once you pull out of the parking lot. If you have issues, good luck! Don't go there and deal with Brandon, Zac, or TJ. You will get untruths, the runaround, and practically bullied. More

Horrible Experience This was one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I feel bad for the salespeople because they get the raw deal. I have never experienced such disrespectful people before until visiting here. One person would say yes then the next would say no because they won't get on the same page. I'm telling everyone there are plenty of other dealerships you can do business with but you should avoid this one at all cost because they don't deserve a dime from people. They lie, and disrespect people as if it don't matter such a same because they blew a deal that was all done. More
What an experience I came in to look at two used Pacificas that were on the website. I was told one had been sold and the other was not on the lot. After searching, the vehicle was found to be at home with an employee. I was told it would be back in 20 minutes. I was quoted a price and told to come back. I returned 45 minutes later and the vehicle finally came back. The van looked like it was a take home car for the employee. Cash in the console and sunglasses in the ceiling console. I learned the vehicle had 5000 more miles than advertised. I asked for a new quote. The sales manager would not budge on the price. I left empty handed. NOT IMPRESSED. I do not plan on going back, and you shouldn't either! More

We had expressed interest in a Charger Hellcat because of the great lease rates going on. Dave our sales contact was in the process of looking up the vehicle to see if they had one coming in as we were browsing the cars in the show room. To a shock of my surprise the manager Jonny yelled at our sales guy and asked him what are you doing in a very intimidating and loud mannerism that it made me turn my head. Dave told him he was looking up a car for a customer. Then his manager asked again in an indimidaring fashion. "Well are they here?!" The manager was very unprofessional and demeaning. It surprises me that this dealership sells any cars under that type of leadership! We will not be purchasing a vehicle here or recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I both work in public safety and have many many contacts. I've never seen such disgrace at a dealership before and we visit 2-3 dealerships a week. More
