Diligent & Friendly March 26th, 2016 I took my boyfriend to this dealership to look for a car. He already knew his budget and did not want to exceed it. Nick was our salesman, he was polite and humorous. Nick met our specifications and showed us a 2015 Kia Forte LX. We test drove the vehicle and it was great! Although Nick was new to the dealership he did not hesitate to let us know if he did not have the answer. That is admirable trait instead of just lying to a consumer, Nick found the answer to all questions he did not know off hand. Once it was decided he wanted to purchase the vehicle, we met with David Wetzel. My boyfriend also advised Mr. Wetzel of the budget, and guess what he made it happen. He even gave excellent tips on how to improve his credit worthiness and the correct steps to take to lower the interest rate in due time. The process was smooth and everything was explained thoroughly, he laid the numbers out and made the deal work. Up next was Brent who did a fantastic job of navigating us through the ins and outs of GAP insurance and why it is beneficial when purchasing a new vehicle. Lastly we met with Carrie who gave an excellent rate on an insurance policy. Carrie is amazing, my boyfriend was 40 cents over budget and Carrie saved the day and saved him those few extra cents by double checking the policy to ensure there wasn't any duplicated services not already covered. This was his first car buying experience and this dealership made it a great one. Excellent service! More

I did Lots of research before coming to the dealership. Their website showed a specific VIN I wanted as available on the lot, but when I arrived wanting to test drive that VIN, it was unavailable. In the end, that worked out well b/c I test drove another model off the showroom floor, loved it, and ended up buying it. More
