BEST Car Buying Experience EVER!!!!!!!!! I am so very pleased with the whole team, at Tempe Dodge Kia, I worked with when purchasing my jeep from our INCREDIBLE sales guy Andrew, to the FANTA I am so very pleased with the whole team, at Tempe Dodge Kia, I worked with when purchasing my jeep from our INCREDIBLE sales guy Andrew, to the FANTASTIC manager Demetre, to our PERSISTANT finance lady Michele! I have been to many many other dealerships in the Valley over the past five years, and this was the best experience I have encountered. The team there has this incredible energy and vibe (we got there when they started and left with the car when they closed) that lasted throughout the whole day. Even when the banks did not want to approve me for the car I exactly wanted, the team still fought through the obstacles to make me happy…AND they fought through those obstacles without me even asking or knowing! Now THAT is the definition of SPECTATCULAR customer service. If you were my family member or best friend, I would definitely tell you your time looking for the right vehicle would be BEST spent working with this team. If you do not want to be haggled, and just want to find the right car to fit you, these are the people to see! Andrew, thank you again and we can’t wait to upgrade our other car next year!! FOB Programed I came in (first time customer) to get a FOB programed. I was told it would be $60 once I got my bill it was $70 I asked why it was and extra $10 th I came in (first time customer) to get a FOB programed. I was told it would be $60 once I got my bill it was $70 I asked why it was and extra $10 they told me it was because I did not purchase my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega cab from this dealership. Although the customer service was good and they were very pleasant I tried to ask why the Extra $10 again. Same answer.. So for a lousy $10 they lost a customer for life! I will not buy any MOPAR/Jeep vehicle from Tempe Dodge or have my warranty service or any other service done here. If they are this way up front what are the like behind the scenes. Overcharged! More

He was very honest and realistic. No hidden agenda. I would highly recommend this dealer. Update from original review. I am sadden to say that after I wrote this wonderful review the dealer and the sales personnel have completely disappointed me. Two weeks after me and my daughters purchase I received a call from the dealer stating that my daughter’s car payment that we had originally agreed upon was going to change. They informed me the payment was going to increase. I proceed to inform the sales representative that we had both agreed on a specific payment and that the agreement had been signed and that I wanted them to honor that contract. After multiple calls back and forth the dealer honored the payment that we had originally agreed on, so due to that, we had to sign a new agreement and this is when all of our problems started. The sales person that was supposed to bring the contract to my daughter changed the dates and time multiple times, which to me is very unprofessional. When we finally had the contract signed they informed me that I had to drive to the dealer to provide them with the first payments check, since due to the late signing the payment was due immediately, even though it was there staff that kept changing the dates. I provided the dealer with a check, but somehow the check was never sent to the appropriate place and I later received a call from the Internet Sales manager asking if the payment could be taken from the credit card they had on file for me. I immediately told them that yes they could take the payment, somehow again the payment was never sent to the appropriate place. And now I receive a letter from my finance provider stating that I am delinquent on my account, even though I have done everything the dealer had asked in order for me not to be late on my payment. I provided the dealer with a check and credit card information but do to someone’s negligence I am now delinquent on my account. So NO, I would not recommend this dealer. They are unprofessional, unreliable and they made something wonderful into the worst experience for my daughter and myself. More

Worst Dealer I have ever experienced Went in to look at purchasing a 2500 Ram. Salesman had no idea what he was doing. Didn't seem interested in even being there. After wasting 30 min talking and looking at the Trucks i asked if we could take one for a test drive. He said well i need to have you fill out paperwork and do the credit and work out payments first. Are you serious !!!! He said we don't just like people coming in on a Saturday for joy rides. Are you Serious. I'm a retired Vet, not some punk kid looking for a joy ride. I left this dealership so mad and will never return EVER!! I will take my cash deal elsewhere... More

Everything was fast & easy about finding the car, the test drive & the basic paper work. But at the end when I was dealing with Kiko the finance guy BEWARE of what your signing while he's "explaining" what's on the forms. I may be young but I'm not dumb & Kiko sure knows how to make you feel that way. Classic car sales man trying to sucker you in & screw you over for their own benefit. Will definitely recommend Carl to all my friends & family but will be sure to warn them all to not see Kiko. More
