WONDERFULLLL I was a first time buyer and i must say Shane Mackelprang was excellent!!! Usually most car dealerships are trying to rush you into a car they want yo I was a first time buyer and i must say Shane Mackelprang was excellent!!! Dealership that is on your side I bought my car here, brand new 3 years ago. I was very happy with my experience. A couple weeks ago I started having problems with my engine not s I bought my car here, brand new 3 years ago. I was very happy with my experience. A couple weeks ago I started having problems with my engine not sounding right. I took my car to the service department and was told that I have internal engine damage due to lack of maintenance and I would need to provide my maintenance receipts. I was a little stressed because I did not have all my receipts. I also felt like the "lack of maintenance" part was the dealership trying to screw me over on my warranty because my car did have the maintenance done. I went in and spoke with the service manager, Mike. He was very nice and knowledgeable. As I was leaving he told me something that will make me an ongoing customer from now on. He told me "You are my customer and I will take care of you". I didn't, in the past, take my car to the dealership for maintenance because I felt like it was too expensive. However, I have a lot of trust in Mike and feel like him and his team did a great job taking care of me. Thank you, Mike! I feel like I have somebody on my side when it comes to car repair and I will tell everyone I know to take their car to you because of that! I got a call from Jeff today, my car will be ready by Thursday! I'm so excited to get it back! More

Hans was very informative and helpful in showing me the new features and differences between the Town & Country and Grand Caravan. I had to wait for insurance to come through before I could proceed with a purchase, and Hans respected that time and did not hound me with phone calls or emails, knowing I couldn't do anything until I heard from Insurance. He was unavailable when I was finally able to make my purchase, so Carl Bowden stepped in to help us. We couldn't find a brand new car that we could make work price-wise, so he searched through their entire 2014 used car inventory and found the exact vehicle we were hoping to get at a price we could afford, and it even had extra add-ons that I didn't think we'd be able to get! After the purchase, he took the time to help program the Bluetooth in my phone and to setup the pre-installed garage door opener feature. Elijah, in finance was GREAT at helping us understand the warranty and security features, and also helped to get us the best deal possible for what we needed. Hans, Carl and Elijah were friendly, helpful, and really helped this to be a painless process. Thank you to all of you! I LOVE my new Town and Country! :-) More
