Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. SHADDY, SHADDY,SHADDY!!!! I saw a car on the internet SHADDY, SHADDY,SHADDY!!!! I saw a car on the internet that I went in for. When I got there nobody seemed to know anything about it. I found it myself SHADDY, SHADDY,SHADDY!!!! I saw a car on the internet that I went in for. When I got there nobody seemed to know anything about it. I found it myself but decided against it. Within a few minutes I found another one, drove it and was ready to go! Once I got. in to the office it turned into the sleetzy car buying experience that I thought was in the last!! Once we went back and forth on the price of my trade in I asked them if they were sure that was the best they could do? The game went on and I received a 20 minute dissertation about auction price , supply and demand . Yada, yada!! I finally agreed on. a price then asked him about the 1000k trade in bonus. He fumbled and stammered all over himself and finally said well that's included. REALLY??? You never mentioned it and it was not in your explanation of the number!! If your not going to honor it why advertise it??? SHADDY!!!!!! The other thing that really bothered me was how they treated my sales lady! They were very disrespectful toward her several times!!! Total jerks!! I BUY A CAR EVERY TWO OR THREE YEARS NEVER AGAIN FROM TEMPE DODGE!!!!!! More
