My wife and I visited the Dodge Tempe Dealership looking at the Dodge Darts. The salesperson who worked with us was Bob O. Bob walked over the lot showing us what they currently had in stock. I wanted the car in black and had other requirements that needed to be part of the vehicle. Bob was able to locate the Dodge Dart SXT that I wanted which was at another Dodge dealership. Bob was able to get the car to the Tempe Dealership that afternoon. We found Bob professional and sincere and easy to do business with. There was one issue with the car that Bob is going out of his way to correct so I am 100 % satisfied with my purchase. More

We went there looking at new trucks (since ours was over 12 years old), and told the salesman exactly what we were looking for $ our budget. First of all, I rarely respond to these rating services but I felt this dealership earned it. Very pleasantly surprised with my experience there. Dealt with Chris Daniels who patiently spent time helping me find me find a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking for as a raging monsoon storm was rolling in! He understood my time constraint and didn't give me the runaround. After my dealer visits I called him back the next morning and told him I liked his style and I would come down to visit him again with the stipulation that we had to come to terms within 20 minutes or I would need to move on as I had absolutely no time to spare that morning. I am happy to report that they looked at my trade and I was able to come to terms with Chris and his Sales Manager in 15 minutes and get on with the process of financing etc. Also, I was pleased that Michelle in the Finance department was able to secure me an exceptional interest rate based on my good credit rating. It's easy to give good ratings when everything goes well. The real test is if you have a service issue. I did have one small minor service issue I discovered after I took possession of the vehicle. The Service Dept was closed for the weekend so called the Service Mgr (Mike Purtle) Monday and left him a msg hoping to at least get a call back by the end of the day. Surprisingly, he returned my call within 30 minutes. He instantly picked up on my needs and told me specifically how they would resolve it. Very impressed. As a business owner, I picked up on something else I think is incredible at this dealership. Both Mike in Service and Michelle in the Finance dept have each been at the dealership for over 15 years. Where else do you find that? This dealership will get future business from me and I won't hesitate to refer others to them. Thanks again to their team and the great service they gave me! More

We enjoyed great, direct and honest service from Tempe Dodge from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that I've actually been to 2 other Dodge dealers in Arizona, and not been impressed. These guys at Tempe Dodge had solid inventory and the sales rep, Bobby Ortega, had a good knowledge base and very easy to work with. When I asked deeper questions that he didn't have at the ready, he did his homework and researched answers for me - not always what I wanted to hear, but legit answers. I'm not a big fan of giant cheerleading rants for anything, but I am blown away at how well these guys took care of me. The sales rep, financing (get the built in security system IMO), and even service. For example, it's a mere $150 if you want tint. That pricing is insane. I kept wondering who was going to jump from around the corner and telling me about hidden costs, but it never happened, I strongly recommend these guys, and look forward to coming back soon for my next car.
