We enjoyed great, direct and honest service from Tempe Dodge from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that I've actually been to 2 other Dodge dealers in Arizona, and not been impressed. These guys at Tempe Dodge had solid inventory and the sales rep, Bobby Ortega, had a good knowledge base and very easy to work with. When I asked deeper questions that he didn't have at the ready, he did his homework and researched answers for me - not always what I wanted to hear, but legit answers. I'm not a big fan of giant cheerleading rants for anything, but I am blown away at how well these guys took care of me. The sales rep, financing (get the built in security system IMO), and even service. For example, it's a mere $150 if you want tint. That pricing is insane. I kept wondering who was going to jump from around the corner and telling me about hidden costs, but it never happened, I strongly recommend these guys, and look forward to coming back soon for my next car. The next day I returned for a test drive and found that I could not pass by this awesome deal on a used Cadillac.The staff was very courteous and patient. My sales specialist Chris Daniels was suppose to go home at 4:30pm but stayed till closing time to wrap up my purchase.
