Justin Bean was fantastic! From the start, he was polite, not pushy, and really gave me the time to look around. He promptly introduced himself and got my name and my Mom's name and called us by our names th not pushy, and really gave me the time to look around. When I told him the types of vehicles I was looking at in comparison to the Jeep Liberty, he didn't bad mouth them, but gave me some of their differences. Neither one was better or worse, but instead he stuck to giving me the information so that I could make an informed decision. I had done quite a bit of research going in, and Justin was great about asking what I knew first, instead of info dumping and assuming I needed to be sold on a type of car. I was very impressed with his desire to give me the best deal with the car price first, without asking me about the trade-in or money down. This showed me that he wasn't in it to try and haggle a price. It was about paying a fair price for what the car was worth (novel concept)! After I took the Liberty for a test drive, we came back and went through the numbers. Since I spent the morning at another dealership, I wanted to take some time over lunch and really think about which car would fit my needs. The manager came over and offered for me to take the Liberty for a drive to my lunch destination to really get some more time with it to see if it's what I wanted. WOW! Lastly, when I made the final decision to become a proud owner of a new Jeep Liberty, Justin took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, set up my bluetooth for my ipod, and made sure I was ready to go off the lot without any other questions.
