He was very knowledgable about the car and pointed out the details we were looking for. After the test drive, we decided to take what we learned that day and sleep on it. 2 days later we came back to Tempe and looked for Warren. My husband and I walked out with a brand new 300 C. It was great dealing with Warren. He was straight to the point and very honest, funny and just a great person to deal with. He really made a long and normally stressful purchase into something enjoyable. Thank you Warren for making our purchase memorable. :) More

I have been going to Tempe Dodge for service maintenance on my durango for several years. I continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealer due to the excellent customer service by David Stanley. I can depend on David to be honest with me about the services that my vehicle needs. David is personable and outgoing and really makes the experience pleasant. David goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with the service that I receive. I plan to buy a new vehicle from Tempe Dodge so that I am able to continue receiving services from David. I highly recommend this dealer and working with David for service maintenance and repairs when needed. More
If there was a way to rate this below zero I would... I had my front suspension upgraded last year(you would think they would realign the front end with this kind of work done) and as a result I woreout tw had my front suspension upgraded last year(you would think they would realign the front end with this kind of work done) and as a result I woreout two very expensive nonstock size tires as a result. The response was sorry hope we can make it up to next time your in. Really that was $500 out-of-pocket to me. This last service was a recall on the front suspension. I stopped in to have them check the part, which was defective and needed replaced. I was told the alignment rack was working so I left the truck and went to work. I got a call from Greg as I was in route to the dealership to tell me that the truck was done but no alignment was completed(8 hours later). Mike Purtle did not seem to care when I expressed my concern to him about the lack of communication between his advisors and myself. After gettin put in a rental that was falling apart and cost me out of pocket to drive I got my truck back 36 hours after I dropped it off for a 2 hour max repair. The steering wheel is not level and the part not replaced is so badly damaged from the tech Im not sure it is safe to leave on. They also rotated my tires and damaged my wheels. This all comes as I left Mike Bygogofly as voicemail on 3/14/12 and its now lunch time on 3/15/12, still no phone call back. I have tried him several times today and he will not answer his phone when I call. I can only say the southeast valley is really missing a good Dodge/Ram service center. If you need service seek another dealership!!! More
I have rated Tempe Dodge so highly because our family currently has a Dodge Durango, a Dodge Ram truck and a Jeep Liberty. We have had several Dodge vehicles previous to these. We continue to come back to Tempe Dodge because of our satisfaction with the vehicles and the quality of service provided. From purchasing our vehicles to maintaining them, we put our trust in Tempe Dodge. David Stanley has been our service advisor for many years and has been someone we can count on to keep things running smoothly. He is informed, efficient, very personable and a good communicator. After all these years, I consider him a friend. I am also very impressed with the door to door service that Tempe Dodge offers. I drop my vehicle off and they return me to my home, rental car agency or if you work nearby to your place of work. When my vehicle is ready they pick me up so I can retrieve it. I don't have to worry about how I am going to get my vehicle or bother a relative or friend to get me to the dealership. They even offer to wash your car. I look forward to many more satisfactory years with Tempe Dodge and David Stanley as my service advisor. More

Last year we were looking to buy a new vehicle and were leaning towards a Kia, but when we found out that Dave wouldn't be our advisor, we went with our Jeep. :) We don't feel we compromised at all. I purchased my Dodge Durango in 2001, and David has been my service advisor since about that time. David is a great ambassador for Tempe Dodge as once the vehicle is purchased, it will be the service depart my service advisor since about that time. If the customer is fortunate, David will be his service advisor. As you can tell, I am very pleased with David Stanley as my service advisor. I have never taken my Durango to another dealer for service because of the confidence and trust I have in David. Also, David is very congenial and easy to like. David gets personal enough to make you feel that you are a valued customer and friend. I plan to purchase my next Durango at Tempe Dodge, but when I do, I will request (and insist) that David will be my service advisor. More

Tempe Dodge and David Stanley have kept our three Dodge vehicles in great condition and have fixed problems other dealers couldn't resolve. David always looks for the best value in our repairs and will tell us if a repair is really needed or can be delayed. I never feel like we are being pressured or taken advantage. Most often they get the work done in a day (and get me to and from my workplace on their shuttle with friendly drivers Bill and Tony). We will continue to use Tempe Dodge for all of our maintenance and repair work. More
