I received a notice in the mail from my credit card company for pre approval on a car loan. We were unable to leave with an answer due to the late hour, but Gene reassured us that he would call the next day if we would be able to drive home in a new car. We were very happy to get the call that we could come down to the dealership and get the loan paperwork processed. Carrie Edwards came out to introduce herself to us and verify minor details before signing the loan documents. Carrie went through warranties and GAP insurance and was able to get us a lower APR due to the safety measures we were able to add to the vehicle. WE had been shopping for a new or good used car for 5 weeks. We saw your ad in the paper, called the dealership, talked to Warren, and made an appointment to meet with him. We met up with Warren on the 22nd of November after strolling through the cars on the lot. We let Warren know that we would be interested in a new or good use car if he had one. He immediately showed us two Chrysler 200 used cars. We drove one of the cars and decided that it would work for us. We traded in our Chrysler 300 and purchased the used car.
