After months of research, I traveled to AZ from CO to purchase a used Hyundai Sonata since the prices had proven to be so much lower and selection much greater in AZ. I found a 2004 Sonata with 21,000 miles advertised online at Tempe Dodge. From the first phone call to the final purchase, I worked with Brent Bush. I was dreading this transaction; I equate car purchasing with dental surgery, a tortuous and, I feel, overly drawn-out process. Brent Bush was an absolute JOY to work with, his friendliness felt warm and sincere; his customer service skills are stellar. For some reason, once it became apparent this was the vehicle I wished to purchase, a Mr. Silver -- if I remember his name correctly -- appeared on the scene as well. While his manner was very friendly, Mr. Silver's involvement in the transaction felt, at best, unnecessary to, at times, unwelcome. And I don't think I will ever understand the ... drama of the salesman acting as a go-between between the guy who's calling the shots on the price and me. With the excellent mileage and condition of the vehicle (despite a scratch on the side mirror) the price wasn't budging much. Basically as a goodwill gesture, Mr. Silver did promise to throw in a bottle of touch-up paint for use on the side mirror. Nevertheless, it took two days -- about eight hours total -- and the car was mine (complete with an overlooked alarm system the previous owner had installed, much to everyone's surprise, but Michael Hernandez was able to help us with)and I love it. I would highly recommend working with Brent Bush. As for Mr. Silver ... well, you know, I never did get that touch-up paint ... More

We went to Tempe Dodge looking for a AWD 6 cylinder Journey which our friend recommended. Unfortunately they did not have any and our first sales person was not very helpful. However, Steve and Justin Journey which our friend recommended. Unfortunately they did not have any and our first sales person was not very helpful. However, Steve and Justin Bean took over and Justin found us one which met our criteria at another dealer and scheduled it to be transported from Holbrook, AZ to Tempe the next day. We returned and found the vehicle to our liking. Justin was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Journey. We rate Justin as 5 stars, he was great. More
