Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. I discovered this dealership via the Internet & contacted salesman Scott Purvis for more information on a 2011 Chrysler 200 that I liked. Scott was very personable, knowledgeable & flexible when I wanted this vehicle at a lower price. The process of finalizing the sale and the final walk-through to get accustomed to the various features of the car went very smoothly and hassle-free. We purchased our 2nd Dodge truck. My husband and I had been to five Dodge dealership in a matter of 2 weeks. We ultimately decided to go back to Tempe Dodge. Justin Bean was wonderful to work with. He been to five Dodge dealership in a matter of 2 weeks. We ultimately decided to go back to Tempe Dodge. Justin Bean was wonderful to work with. He handled this transaction having our best interest in mind. Asked us what price range and what options we wanted, he narrowed it to a few trucks (didn't show us vehicles over what we were willing to pay), wasn't pushy AT ALL, it felt like we were doing business with a friend not a sales person. Justin was by far the most knowledgable person about the trucks that we had dealt with. He knew every option and could tell us about every inch of the truck. We will be lifetime customers. More

I have purchased 2 trucks over 7 years and it was good working with the sales dept. The problems I'm having is with the service dept. and the basic oil change. It doesn't get any easier then thking the f working with the sales dept. The problems I'm having is with the service dept. and the basic oil change. It doesn't get any easier then thking the filter off draining the oil and install new filter. But on 3 different occasions they didn't screw the filter on tight and I get oil on the drive way. Then on the last oil change they say I need a new air filter and I agreed and paid for it. So a week later and 650 miles I'm hearing something different with the engine open the hood and no air filter. Now I'm thinking if you can't do the basic work what will you do on a bigger work order forget to tighten the lug nuts, leave the oil out of the transmission who knows. More
