I had to wait a couple of months for a part to come in - holdover from COVID supply chain issues - but when it finally arrived they made sure to hold it for me (needless to say the part was in very high dem holdover from COVID supply chain issues - but when it finally arrived they made sure to hold it for me (needless to say the part was in very high demand) and got my car in and repaired right away. Eddie was a great service rep - he kept me apprised of the part availability situation the entire time. Car is now back up and running like new! More

To rectify the situation, we agreed to split the cost. Their contact company quoted them $1200 for shipping, my contact company quoted us $700. We agreed to use my contact. We agreed that we will pay for shipping, and he will send us a $350 check. It has been more than 3 weeks since our agreement. I have texted, called, and left messages multiple times, and only received one correspondence more than a week ago. I have come to the conclusion that I have been completely ghosted, and the check will not come, which is really unfortunate. More
