I was in bad need of a new set of tires. Without advance notice to the dealership I came by Thursday afternoon (11/18/2021) and discussed this with Sam. Sam checked the inventory on hand and found 4 new tires that were exactly what I needed. The tires were put on along with a new air filter while my wife and I waited.
