Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. they dont follow CDC guidelines for covid. when we tried the car it was dirty clearly not disinfected. Then they promised to do an oil change before we got the car, they said they did but it was not true. T the car it was dirty clearly not disinfected. They also promised me new wipers (never got them). when called rep he just ignored me. when called manager i never got a call back. Now 2 months later i havent received my plates. i called MVD and they said dealer barely sent the request 2 weeks ago. Please stay away from this dealer!!! More

I took my car in to get the recall fixed and to get my start/stop fixed. I previously took my jeep to get the start/stop fixed 2 times in the past (battery issue) & most recent was 9 months ago. this time start/stop fixed. I previously took my jeep to get the start/stop fixed 2 times in the past (battery issue) & most recent was 9 months ago. this time a sensor was the issue, and Craig was nice enough to ensure it was covered under warranty, despite being slightly out of the warranty time/miles. The quality of work is lower in rating mainly because I’ve had to have the start/stop fixed 3 times now and my car is a 2018. My only complaint is that this company allows their employees to wear disrespectful face coverings. Craig is always nice, but his mask says “worn by force, not fear” and that’s just absolutely absurd and childish. This should not be tolerated, especially in a pandemic where hundreds of thousands of people have died and gotten sick from this virus. More
