Joey in Finance was easy to talk to and got us some great discounts. The sales manager was receptive to our wishes and agreed to everything we asked for. Even the IT crew was quick to respond to a problem. This was our best car buying experience. Thank you. More

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Where do I start. Let's start with the payoff on my trade. So never in the history of buying a car was it my responsibility to make sure the payoff was correct. start. Let's start with the payoff on my trade. So never in the history of buying a car was it my responsibility to make sure the payoff was correct. The sales person was so desperate to sell a car, she asked for a screenshot of my payoff. Although I found this odd, since I've never been asked this, but figured they wanted to compare the payoff I had with the payoff they got from my finance company. Well 2 weeks later, I find I still owe $690 on my trade in. I go and speak to the "Manager" after several attempts of trying to speak to someone on the phone who says I'm responsible for the balance. Ok, so now I have a new car which I cant give back and a balance on my old car. I also was told I needed to buy their "warrenty" in order for the loan to fund. I called my new lender who said that is a lie, and dealerships say that to convince you to spend more. Well I also tried to go and cancel that, only to be told I couldn't. I only plan on keeping this car for a short time and plan on upgrading, believe me, I will stay far away from this place. And I will make sure not to recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy a car. You can get far better service and honesty at one of the many other dealers. As soon as I find out who my warrenty is with, which I'm sure it's on my paperwork, I will cancel it myself. I wonder how they can even sell my trade when there is a balance on it. More
BUYER BEWARE!! The Dodge Charger I purchased has hail damage. They placed a stripe on the hood to cover up the damage. My purchase was contingent on the removal of the stripe. I was in tears after they r damage. They placed a stripe on the hood to cover up the damage. My purchase was contingent on the removal of the stripe. I was in tears after they removed the stripe and the damage was revealed. When I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction, the General Manager said "There's no cooling off period". This is a violation of Arizona's Consumer Fraud Act, A.R.S. 44-1521. It's unlawful for a seller to engage in any deception, deceptive or unfair act or practice, false statement, false pretense, false promise, misrepresentation or concealment or omission of any material fact by seller in connection with the sale of any merchandise. The true condition of my vehicle was not revealed during the transaction!! I was denied the opportunity to make an informed decision because their need to sell a car superceded my rights as a customer. More
BUYER BEWARE!! I REGRET getting the warranty. I was BUYER BEWARE!! I REGRET getting the warranty. I was told 5 times that I could cancel anytime with a FULL refund as long as I don't use the warrant BUYER BEWARE!! I REGRET getting the warranty. I was told 5 times that I could cancel anytime with a FULL refund as long as I don't use the warranty (and prior to the end of the factory warranty.) However, a week layer I tried to cancel and called the dealership and didnt get a response after 4 attempts. I finally called Mopar which is the warranty company . I found out that they pro-rate the refund after 60 days. Luckily I have proof I requested the refund within 60 days. It took me over 1 full work day to cancel the warranty!!! They make you call and there are wait times of over 1 hour! Mopar cancellation dept makes it as hard as possble and has so many hoops to go through. They even put the wrong bank name on the refund check and i couldnt cash it and had to return it. (Luckily Tempe Dodge was so kind to reimburse me $5 for my expense in returning the check.) After threatening legal action Tempe Dodge did try to help. However Mopar blames the dealer for putting the wrong bank in the computer. I can only speculate if the dealership was upset i cancelled the warranty and advised Mopar to list the wrong bank??? More

ZERO Customer Service after you purchase your car I purchased a car in 2019, the sales process overall was good and I'd definitely give them a high 4. That is to be expected - they want your money. An I purchased a car in 2019, the sales process overall was good and I'd definitely give them a high 4. That is to be expected - they want your money. And then they tell you to give them a 10 on their surveys and if you can't give them a 10, don't fill it out. Fast forward to December 2019. I started calling them on December 6 trying to get some information from the Business Office. I left 5 messages for the Business Office and sent one email to the General Manager, Brendan Holbein, one email to the Director of Credit Solutions, Anthony Davis, AND one to the President of the company, Mark Koloseike and as of January 16th no one has reached out to me. At this point it is just laughable that a company who prides itself on growing its business based on customer loyalty has completely ignored a customer. Direct quote from their website: "We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Tempe Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. We are very proud that our customers consistently rate Tempe Dodge near the top on Chrysler’s Surveys for Sales and Service Satisfaction." To me, that statement is a just a BS marketing statement. They need to learn to Walk the Talk... More

I recommend doing your due diligence before buying any warranty and make sure you get everything written down and verify all numbers on the sales contract. You may also want to review the better business bureau complaints to see what others have encountered. Seems to be a pattern of misleading customers. More
