Visit culminated with service rep saying to me as I entered my vehicle to depart “you have understand Chrysler Jeep doesn’t work for free” that’s fine Tempe Chrysler Jeep will never get any of my money or consideration for vehicle purchase or repairs. DECREASED RATING OF PREVIOUS REVIEW 2019-02-01 Update I do have to lower my review because of a hiccup that occurred. Tom the Finance guy didn't verify our trade in payoff and it was 2019-02-01 Update I do have to lower my review because of a hiccup that occurred. Tom the Finance guy didn't verify our trade in payoff and it was off by $6000. He re-wrote the loan and called us the next day to say he had one more thing for us to sign. It was a new loan with with a new payment adjusted for his mistake. He tried to slide it by us without telling us our payment went up almost $100 month. We were already in a binding contract and could have refused and let them try to sue us. Fortunately for him I live by honest values and we saved his xxx by signing the new document. Tom, you aren't as slick as you think and I hope this wakes you up, some folks have good values and some of you dont. Too bad your behavior dings the 5 star rating I had given the dealership.
