We have purchased 2 Dodge minivans from Tempe Dodge since the growth of our family over the past 12 or so years. Not only are we really pleased with the Dodge minivans, but the service we receive from David the growth of our family over the past 12 or so years. Not only are we really pleased with the Dodge minivans, but the service we receive from David Stanley, in particular, has always been outstanding. We always know we can count on his opinion and trust his information to be reliable and correct. David is very customer oriented and friendly. He is prompt with his calls, offers helpful suggestions, takes the time to explain any confusing technical terms for me, and always seems to remain in an upbeat and positive mode - which makes doing business with him so pleasant! I have continued to bring my van in for all of it's service needs at Tempe Dodge over all of these years and always call on David Stanley first. He has gone above and beyond at times to make sure he gets my name on the shuttle van list for a ride, or even recommend a rental car when I didn't even realize we had that coverage as well when we got our newer minivan. David clearly informs us of what we can expect in terms of service needs, costs, and when it will be completed. We truly appreciate doing business with Tempe Dodge and will continue to do so with David Stanley as our contact person. Thank you! More

David gets it, he transcends servicing a vehicle and establishes true relationships with his customers that builds trust and brand loyalty. In March 2012 we purchased a beautiful new Dodge Truck. We looked and test drove other trucks but we kept coming back to the Dodge because of the excellent customer service David provides. He introduced us to Frank who helped us order the exact truck we wanted and was wonderful during the whole sales process. We now have a beautiful new truck that we look forward to driving every day and we know that David and the the people at Tempe Dodge will continue to take excellent care of us and our vehicles. I purchased a used Dodge Grand Caravan from Tempe Dodge in 2001 and for the past 9 years have had David Stanley as my Service Advisor. He is trustworthy, honest and straight forward each time I have to bri in 2001 and for the past 9 years have had David Stanley as my Service Advisor. He is trustworthy, honest and straight forward each time I have to bring my van in for regular maintenance or because I've got a repair that needs to be made. Over a year ago my son totalled my 2001 Caravan and when I called David to tell him he was devastated to hear the news because he knew that I had kept such good care of it and there were many more miles to be driven on it. A month later I found an almost identical van but a couple years newer and he took the time to look it over and reassure me that I had found a good, reliable vehicle once again. Since then I've had to do several repairs that were necessary, but I know it's worth it. I know that I'm not going to pay for something that doesn't need to be done just so someone can make a buck. That's not how David operates and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Tempe Dodge and always will! More
I've been coming to Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for years to have my vehicle serviced. I always see David Stanely when I take my car in, and I've always had a terrific experience. I trust their recommendations b/c they never try to get me to pay for extra work that isn't needed. I plan to purchase a new Jeep this year, and I plan to purchase it from this dealership b/c of the terrific service I've gotten over the years. More

Took truck in for service work, it was completed quickly but when I went to pick it up I had a hard time getting anyone in the service department to even look up or acknowledge I was there. I finally picked up my truck and drove to the nearest gas station and it did not sound like it should, come to find out they had never installed the air cleaner cover. My 8 year old is smart enough to know that if you take something off, then you should try and put it back, but after $1200 in repairs these guys didn't bother. Picked up truck and it was dirty they never even bothered to run it thru the wash. I won't go back... More

There was a time when I would avoid dealerships at any cost but David and Tempe Chrysler Dodge have completely changed my feelings. Whenever I visit the dealership, it's like visiting family. I would like to specially commend David Stanley, my "Service Saint" for his personable, caring and concerned care of me and my vehicles. I recently had several things done to my truck by the Tempe Dodge service department; new brakes, ball joints, pinion seal, crank seal. They were able to get me in quickly and the work was completed in a Tempe Dodge service department; new brakes, ball joints, pinion seal, crank seal. They were able to get me in quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. This was a welcome change from the experiences I have had at other dealers and diesel shops in the area. The Service advisor called me before noon the day I dropped it off to let me know what needed to be done and how long it would take two days. He then called me the next day to let me know all was going well and the work would be completed on time. In past experiences at other shops simple one day repairs have turned in to multiple day repairs with out any notice to me, very frustrating. I would highly recommend the Service Department at Tempe Dodge, they really care about there customers! More

New jeep under warranty. Ultra simple repair of replacing a plastic hinge, became a five visit frustration. The problem was never fully fixed and the screw to hold it in sticks out and scrapes yo replacing a plastic hinge, became a five visit frustration. The problem was never fully fixed and the screw to hold it in sticks out and scrapes your hand every time you close the top, oh and the screw is in crooked. The service agent was no help at all and was bothered by my frustrations with his company's ineptitude. "Well we will get right back to you if there are any recalls on this screw." he told me...it's a screw. I will never be back for service. Justin in sales was very knowledgeable however and the sales transaction was very smooth. P.S. The first time it was "fixed" I was able to pull the whole hinge and top out (it was not screwed in) of the socket which was a dangerous had it happened while I was driving. More
