I currently own a 2010 Ram 3500 Diesel and before that a 2006 Ram 2500 Diesel and a 1999 Ram 1500. David Stanly has been my service adviser for all of these vehicles. I always look forward to bringing my Ram in for service because David treats me like a friend rather than a customer. I am a professional pilot and demand the best service and maintenance for my Ram, thus preventing break-downs on the road. In all respects, David has earned my trust and confidence over the past ten years. Everyone at Tempe Dodge is friendly and treats me as a valued customer so I won't take my Ram to any other dealer for service or maintenance. Whenever I have a issue with my Ram all I have to do is call or stop by the dealership and David will work me into the schedule to fix my problem. Today, I stopped by with a check engine light and David dropped everything to figure out what the problem was. As a result I have a 2:30 appointment to update the computer on my Ram. I just got the BEST service in town thanks to David. Three years ago at 106,000 miles I blew out the front transfer case on my 2006 Ram. Of course it was out of warranty and I faced a very expensive repair bill (over $4,000.00). David worked with the dealership to get me the best hourly maintenance rate to keep the repair costs as low as possible. My Service Rep is David Stanley and he is wonderful! I have found David to have the highest level of integrity and to be very reliable. He takes the time to explain what services the van needs to keep it running smoothly. Additionally, when something needs repaired he educates me on what needs to be corrected and why. I always leave feeling like I have made a good decision and knowing my vehicle will be completed when promised. He and his team of mechanics keep my van running in great condition, while still working within my budget. I would recommend David and Tempe Dodge to anyone. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle I will definitely go here and then rely on David to keep me going to 100,000+ miles. More

I had such a great buying experience but everything "after market" has been a hot mess. I learned a lesson though, get everything in writing. I was told that I could have power locks added. I was told that they would put them on that night. After waiting they came and said the guy had left. They said he could come to my work to install them. When I called him to schedule he said, no, it had to be done there. He was only able to do TWO doors out of 5. Of course I was not offered a discount even though I paid for FIVE doors. Nor was he able to explain why he couldn't do the other doors. I will never, ever leave a lot without power locks again. Lesson learned. I called today to order a part. I walked in the door at 6:15 and asked where the parts department was, she pointed. I went to that department and there was a girl there who told me they were closed. She said that they cannot retrieve parts after 6. It would have been nice for the guy who I ordered the part from to mention that. I told her to cancel my part order because I couldn't make it there during those hours and I would have to order it from a dealer closer to my house. She said, you will have to call back because I will forget. On my way out I told the receptionist, just so you know, the parts department closes at 6. She said, Oh I forgot. I asked her for the location's phone number closer to my house. Her response? I don't know how to get another number. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I liked the car buying experience, but everything else since that has been unacceptable. I would suggest using an alternate dealer. More
Major problem with the Sky Slider Roof on Jeep Liberty. Vehicle warranty had recently expired but work was done under the parts warranty (no charge) and in one day. My Grand Dodge Caravan, while purchased elsewhere, has always been serviced at Tempe Dodge. In addition to the recommended services, the car has at times required service with minimal notice and David has always been serviced at Tempe Dodge. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and friendly and they have a convenient shuttle service and have added an expedited oil change service. I have come to rely on David's domain knowledge of the car when unexpected issues arise, and he has never let me down. More

He has always been professional and personnel at the same time, I enjoy speaking with him on a personal level as well as professional every time I come in. I have compared prices in the past and they have always been competitive with other places. There has never been an issue either with the quality of work; everything has worked well after repairs done.
