I purchased my second Honda from Tempe Honda last year, a Certified Pre-Owned CR-V. When I tried to have a roof rack installed at another Honda dealership they discovered missing roof-rail mounting hardware. Certified Pre-Owned CR-V. Chapman Honda in Tucson confirmed that both roof rails would need replacement to install the rack. I contacted Tempe Honda by phone and email requesting assistance. No response. I escalated the issue to American Honda, which said it would ask Tempe Honda to contact me. Still no response. It's been over two months since I tried to contact them. After purchasing two vehicles from Tempe Honda, I expected better. A Certified Pre-Owned vehicle shouldn't have missing mounting hardware, and a dealership should stand behind what it sells—or at least respond to its customers. Very disappointing. I won't be buying a third Honda from Tempe Honda. More
