As a family, we have 4 Honda cars and Ken has been our service adviser for many years. He is always friendly, courteous and is knowledgeable regarding our car service needs. We have 1 daughter that moved service adviser for many years. He is always friendly, courteous and is knowledgeable regarding our car service needs. We have 1 daughter that moved out of state, but we always get the major service done here at Tempe Honda when she visits. Her out-of-state service does not compare to what we can get here. Ken is an awesome adviser and I would recommend him to anyone needing one. More
The service I have received has been nothing lower than top notch! I had contacted Armando with a request for service on five of our Honda Odysseys. I moved to Arizona in August 2005. I had a civic coupe at the time that needed service and went to Tempe Honda. Ken greeted me and has been my service advisor ever since. I could say all the nice things people say when the get great service like I do when I visit Tempe Honda. I bought my first vehicle in 1970; and of course several since; unfortunately TEMPE HONDA nor the Internet were in existence. I'm self-employed and time is of the essence, it was convenient to contact local since; unfortunately TEMPE HONDA nor the Internet were in existence. After sending emails to several Honda, Toyota and Nissan dealerships; Immediately I received a call from RICHARD LIM at TEMPE HONDA.I advised him of the type of vehicle and price range that met my needs and scheduled an appt. From the onset; I felt comfortable and at ease; and through-out the process I never felt pressured. From past unpleasant car shopping experiences; I would opt for a ROOT CANAL! Fortunately, both RICHARD LIM AND PAUL CASILIO, listened PATIENTLY. I purhcased a vehicle, that met my business needs, and a price range that fit my budget.I PURCHASED A VEHICLE THAT I WANTED; NOT WHAT THEY WANTED TO SELL TO ME FOR THE SAKE OF A SALE...WHAT A CONCEPT!!. NEVER,in all my car buying experiences have I been treated with such care, patience, and understanding to meet my individual needs. I WAS TREATED AS A RESPECTED, VALUED, IMPORTANT INDIVIDUAL; NOT AS A NUMBER! Once I made my decision; of course I got to meet "Vince", he too, treated with care, understanding, and respect.
