I had the simple task of dropping off my car at the end of my lease. Teresa Shatwin could not have made this process any easier. He listened well, was very accommodating and went WAY beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. He really earned our confidence – and our business! They offered us a very fair deal right off the bat - no haggling involved. The Finance Dept. was awesome - they got us a great rate despite our recent bankruptcy. Vance, our F&I guy, was friendly and efficient, and helped us understand the extended warranty we purchased, which was an excellent value. I can’t say enough about the team they’ve assembled at Tempe Honda, and I want everyone to know what a great job they did for us.
