My 18 yr old son Jesse was driving cross/country when his '97 Odyssey started having major problems. He called home to ask what he should do so I looked for the nearest Honda dealer and sent him to Tempe Hon '97 Odyssey started having major problems. Cody Brokenshire not only fixed the problem, but he agreed to check the car over for anything else that might be wrong and sent my son on his way with renewed peace of mind. The charge for changing the oil, replacing the transmission fluid and checking the car thoroughly to diagnose the odd noises it was making and the reason it was burning oil like crazy, came to $130. I thought this was extremely reasonable and a small price to pay for the peace of mind we all gained. Jesse continued on to UTAH safely with no further problem. Bill did a great job in keeping us informed on the progess of our purchace. I wasn't really looking to buy a car right away. I was just looking to test drive some cars and decide later on. These guys convinced me that what I was looking for was right there and was the best they could offer for me, and they were right. The sales guys were really courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Bill and Vince took my case and I was pleased with the way they handled the deal. The dealer did have lot of choices for the particular manufacture/model that I was looking for and Bill was eager enough to let me test drive any cars there. I would highly recommend this dealer for buying Honda cars and make sure you let them know your preferences and difficulties and they would arrange a good finance deals, base price deals and/or other deals.
