Called into the dealer for service under warranty, they takes he car in without hesitate and provide rental car. Everything about Tempe Honda is so outstanding that it is the first auto dealership that I have entrusted with the care and maintenance of my car. From the greeting of the service writer to the delivery of the cleaned car after work has been completed they do everything possible to make the experience pleasant and satisfying.To start, they give an accurate estimate of the time it will take to be completed. Then depending on my schedule I can take their shuttle to a place within a 10 mile radius or I can wait in a comfortable waiting area where there is coffee, tea, water, fruit, cookies, newspapers and TV available, all at no cost. Above all is the fact that my 2003 Civic with about 105,000 miles still runs and rides as well and as efficiently (36-38 mpg) as it did when we first bought it. Add to that the fact that their work was done correctly the first time, every time. I have never had to return there for a problem which wasn't corrected. These are the reasons I am so high on Tempe Honda. Wouldn't you be also? More

I purchased a Honda Odyssey EX with Nav system from Tempe Honda and had a great experience. I negotiated the price in advance and then came in to complete the sale. I also felt I got a good deal on the Odyssey My work schedule did not allow me to come in to finalize the deal until late evening. Even though it was late, when the paperwork was done the salesman spent a ton of time with us showing us all the bells and whistles and answered all my questions. I would recommend Tempe Honda and definitely love the Odyssey, way better than an SUV. More
