Tempe Honda

I believe we have reached a point where we are a Honda family. We currently have four Hondas sitting in our driveway. The lateest is our ninth Honda. All of the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's bit of a drive for us to get there and we pass several other dealerships to get there. They have certainly made it worth the drive. The service advisor I use ( SHANE HACKELTON ) is by far the best I've ever come across. I bought not one, but two new cars within a 2 month period from Tempe Honda, and the process both times was smooth and easy. The first time my car needed major service, I luckily ended up with David Hudson as a Service Advisor. WOW. David has cornered the market on providing 'above and beyond' customer service, and I have no intention of taking my vehicles anywhere but Tempe Honda for repairs and maintenance. David is thorough, honest and attentive. Each time I have taken my car in for service, I have watched him give every customer the same level of interested and concerned attention. Every employee I have encountered at this location is friendly and accommodating.
