My wife and I wanted to buy a Honda Pilot Touring 4WD. We met sales consultant Brooke Hopkins and we did a test drive with him. Brook teamed up with Sara Holmes who is sales manager and gave us a reasonable price as well. I wanted a Black color exterior but they did not have it. We initially took a look at the cars we were interested in and went back home to discuss our options. Tracy and the manager in charge were not pushy at all and let us take our time in making our decision. We went back after visiting other dealers and spoke prices. As expected their initial quote was much higher than what we had in mind. But with Tracy's and the manager's help, we were able to come to a consensus on a good price for the car. It was a bit of a struggle to get the low APR financing, but at the end with some persistence from both us and Tracy, we were able to clinch a great deal with Honda Finance. So, overall, the experience was rewarding and I will recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy/lease a new Honda. I will continue to go back for my subsequent services. More

The financing part went pretty smooth after pushing for a lower interest rate knowing that we had excellent credit and could get a way better rate. The finance guy did some checking around on a few different banks and we were very happy with the outcome. Don't think the rate they come up with first is the best one you can get. Do some research beforehand. It can be changed if you know you can do better. Overall happy customers at Tempe Honda. More

His communication & attention to detail with me is...well just plain OUTSTANDING considering I'm 1800 miles away.
