Hi everyone, if you want to go to a car dealership that will honor their word and respect you and your time then Tempe Honda is NOT the place to purchase your next car. My husband and I needed to purchase a new car, since we have a large family we needed a car with 8 seating. On Saturday night we test drove lots of cars and decided on the Honda Odyssey. We spoke with a salesman and manager. We told them that we could come back on Monday (the 31st) but would be pressed for time as we had to pick our oldest child up by a certain time. They told us they could work quickly so, Monday we are on the phone a few times discussing the price. We were told that they could sell it to us for $28,000. BUT when we arrive at the dealership they said that the lowest they could sell the car that we were talking about the whole time was $31,500.Then they gave us the option of downgrading to another car for the $28,000 price. Long story short- 2 and a half hours later they offered the nicer car for $29,500 ( I thought the lowest they could go was $31,500) Anyway, If they had honored what they had said to us, we would be driving a new car today and they would have made a sale. Instead they let their true colors shine. So now I am happy that I did not give my business to them. I want to spend my hard earned money with a company that stands by what they say. More

I Purchased a new Honda Civic and could not have been any happier. I went to some of the other Dealerships and felt very pressured, and sort of felt forced into buying. When I went to Tempe Honda, and worked with Brian it was exactly the opposite. He knew all about the Civic and was very patient with my questions and the sales process. I have recommended both him and the dealership to many of my friends. More
