Process took about a week (due to my schedule not the dealership) and Bill kept in constant contact with me working with me and eventually getting a deal I could work with. Once we agreed to a deal, I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours. Quick, painless, and a quality car to boot! I highly recommend not only this dealership but cowboy Bill as well. More

They did my 2004 Accord airbag recall and didn't wash the car, but it went fast, I used the shuttle. They also "inspected" my car in order to recommend many other services that my car "needed". I elected to do none of them as I am a DIY person. I think most places do the same thing, possibly lying about what your car needs fixing, such as dirty power steering fluid, cracked suspension bushings, or motor mounts. Always get things checked out yourself before agreeing to have repairs performed and get the old parts and confirm they look like the new part, etc. More
