I purchased my vehicle (5 years ago) there and got my ba I've revisited Tempe Honda last weekend for checking and replacing the battery on my car. I purchased my vehicle (5 years ago) there and got my battery (2 years ago) replaced there. The battery has a 3-year warranty and recently got low capacity. I didn't schedule an appointment, but got a immediately help when I arrived. The salesman, Fernando Salazar, took my car and provided the service flawlessly. The total waiting time is around 45 minutes. Now the battery is replaced and works without any problem. Looking forward revisits in the future! More

Almost Went in to correct a couple of problems with the engine. On arrival was greeted by David Hudson. He was friendly and engaging. He listened to my descriptions of the problems with the car. Showed me to the waiting room, which was brand new. Plenty of room to relax and wait. Free internet access and seats with power/USB outlets. Service took about 4 hours and part of it was covered by the warranty. However, tech didn’t fix all of the problems as he “couldn’t replicate the noise” during his test drive. Noise, which i, heard as soon as I hit the highway. Overall, a 3-star visit, due to the failure to correct all of the problems. More
